As the Brinton Vision VP of Sales, you will manage and optimize all aspects of our sales program with a focus on providing top-notch customer service and effectively work in a educational, zero-pressure, patient-focused environment
What you’ll do…
- Manage overall sales process and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Work with our team members, 1-on-1, in small groups, and in larger meetings, to train them in the art of patient-focused, educational sales
- Work with our team members to set and achieve goals connected to patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Actively gather, analyze, and present data to drive decision making across the business
