As a fitness professional, living glasses free has brought Dave’s fitness to the next level! Dave came to the doctors at Brinton Vision in St. Louis, Missouri for LASIK eye surgery, and they gave him his visual freedom.
Hi, I’m Dave from St. Louis, Missouri. I had the SBK procedure done at Brinton Vision in St. Louis, Missouri. My vision was great until I was about 11 and I was unable to read the chalkboard in school. It was tough. I used to hide my glasses in my pocket and put ’em on like this and read and take ’em off. After 10 years of thinking about it, I finally pulled the trigger after a friend of mine had the procedure done here and was raving about it. Every day I would look forward to getting home from work, so I could take out my contacts and get the relief of not having dry eyes. And then every time you travel, you have to make sure you have contacts, contact solution, glasses, and maybe an extra set of contacts, just in case. After the procedure, I really look forward to traveling and not having to worry about, “Did I bring my glasses, contacts, or contact solution?” Just being able to totally relax and enjoy the trip.
Are you ready to take the next step in your visual freedom?
Life after the procedure has been wonderful. It’s been great to not have to worry about glasses, contacts, contact solution, or worrying about taking a nap on the couch in my contacts. As a fitness professional, it is very important to me that my body is performing at peak levels and one of those things is vision. And as someone who has always struggled with glasses and contacts, now, having my vision better than 2020, my body feels great. I can work out harder. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. If someone was on the fence, I would recommend that they at least come in for the initial consultation, see how professional everyone is at Brinton Vision, and then make a decision from there. But I have told everyone I’ve talked to since I’ve had the procedure, that if they wear glasses or contacts, they 100% should get this procedure done. My vision is better than 2020. It’s crisp, clear, and the only disappointing thing is that I waited this long to have the procedure done.
