Dr. Molly Lamprecht hails from the small town of Ste. Genevieve, MO, just an hour south of St. Louis. She earned her Bachelor of Biological Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia (MIZ!) in 2017.
Dr. Lamprecht continued her education at the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry, where she was a distinguished member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and received the Contact Lens Clinical Award. A dedicated professional, Dr. Lamprecht is actively involved in the St. Louis Optometric Society (SLOS), American Optometric Association (AOA), and Missouri Optometric Association (MOA).
During her time in optometry school, Dr. Lamprecht honed her expertise in refractive surgery at Brinton Vision, dedicating her Saturday mornings to expanding her knowledge in this field. Starting her career as a primary care optometrist, she soon discovered her passion for refractive surgery care, leading her back to the Brinton Vision Team.
In her leisure time, Dr. Lamprecht finds joy in reading, gardening, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. She met her husband, Chris, at Mizzou, and they tied the knot shortly after her graduation from optometry school in 2021. Together, they share their home with their beloved two cats and golden retriever, filling their lives with joy and companionship.
