Position Summary
As a Brinton Vision Digital Marketing Associate you will assist our Digital Marketing Manager in developing strategy, driving execution, and conducting comprehensive performance analysis for Brinton Vision’s local and national digital marketing campaigns
Position Duties:
- Work with management to determine digital marketing business requirements, priorities, and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Help develop marketing strategies that drive revenue, consumer engagement, and support brand marketing goals
- Help drive Brinton Vision’s digital performance marketing efforts including but not limited to: paid search, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization
- Help develop, publish, and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital marketing performance dashboards and standardized reports
- Basic graphic design for website and display marketing
- Stay current on digital marketing and competitive market trends
- Independently adhere to project calendar, manage time and prioritize daily workload
Skills/requirements:
- BS or MS degree
- Digital agency experience desired
- Experience in WordPress to help maintain our website; basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Suite useful
- Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
- Knowledge of organic search, paid search, remarketing, social media, email and other acquisition channels and how to influence the effectiveness of each
- Experience with Google Analytics platform
- Possess good understanding of web analytics and web design
- Excellent communication skills
