Job Summary
As a call team member at Brinton Vision, you are part of the foundation for our clients’ first impression. You will field incoming telephone calls from existing and new patients, work within our internal communication network to document interactions, schedule appointments, and surgeries, send professional emails, and communicate with staff online and in person to help ensure fluidity in our clinical and surgical processes.

Job Duties

  • Scheduling surgery, pre-op, and post-op exams.
  • Process all payment types such as exam/surgery charges, cash, checks, in-house financing, debit, or credit.
  • Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Greet clients according to company standards; anticipate and address client and staff needs; and treat all clients with genuine appreciation.
  • Dress and act professionally at all times.

Skills/ Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service experience is preferred.
  • Scheduling availability on Saturdays and early mornings.
  • Ability to speak and communicate in writing with others using clear and professional language.
  • Ability to answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisor(s).
